[Chilli] CoovaChilli 1.3.0 With Squid

Dear List Members,

Coova-Chilli 1.3.0 Ubuntu 12.04LTS

1.) i need to redirect Chilli traffic to proxy port
*OR*
2.) Configure chilli to use proxy server

I tied the this did not worked:
HS_PROXY=192.168.3.1
HS_PROXYPORT=8080


I tried this in "ipup.sh" did not worked
iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING -s 192.168.182.0/24 -p tcp --dport 80 -j
REDIRECT --to-port 3128

i am sure it is working for someone, can you please share the solution?
