[Chilli] Enable interim accounting with CoovaChilli 1.3.0

I was searching how to enable interim accounting with CoovaChilli 1.3.0.
and i came across the following link.

I can found the following information there:
Default interim-interval for RADIUS accounting unless otherwise set by
RADIUS (defaults to 0, meaning unlimited).
*definteriminterval 120*

My Question: I want to use interim accounting with CoovaChilli. Does the
above directive enable interim accounting and disable start/stop accounting
?
