[Chilli] Gigabit network card no upload

Hi coova users,

In our ALCASAR project, we use coova and we have seen the same problem 
on the coova listening card when it's connected on a Gb switch (the flow 
is very low and a lot of "interupt" messages are written in journalctl). 
The only workaround we have found is to fix the speed and 
autonegociation of the NIC. (ETHTOOL_OPTS='"autoneg off speed 100 duplex 
full"'. The Linux is Mageia2 (kernel 3.4.52).
