Hi,
Indeed this is not the proper way of finding that, but I'll go a little bit
over topic on this.
What you are attempting to do is taking a firmware from an Open-WRT device
and put it in another one. I've already accomplished that in the past by
using a JTAG cable on a router and dumping the firmware straight from the
memory chip. That is the way to go, but It's not a simple task and it
involve a JTAG cable.
Kind Regards,
Luis

Hello,
I am new to Open-Wrt, and please excuse me if I am in the wrong forum.
As stated in the subject, I would like to clone a custom-builded Open-Wrt
AP, which is given to me by a oversea friend and I would like to make a
clone of it, with the same brand AP unit.
Please advice is it possible to do that. If yes, appreciate you can show the
step/procedure to do it.
Thank you very much.
