[Chilli] Chilli Authentication System

I need help with coova chilli authentication. For some reason, the md5
hashed password in PHP is longer than the hashed password i get from the
shell script i am currently using.

Please i need to know how to authenticate users with freeradius from a
custom php login page i have built for coova chilli.
