[Chilli] What exactly is the any-ip feature?

Hi Folks,

Could someone explain to me what exactly is the any_ip feature?

I'm seeing some messages in my log saying "No more static addresses
available" and it seems related to the any_ip feature but I can't found an
explanation about what it does.

I know that the ip range I'm working was not exhausted yet so I can't
figure what this log message means.
