[Chilli] Custom Reply-Message for WISPr-Session-Terminate-Time

Hi.
Given the radius attribute in the subject is a reply attribute, so the radius replies with an Access-Accept message, chilli is handling the check for that value, but it is simply rejecting the user with a generic message.
For some radius check attribute it's possible to customize the radius-reply attribute, can something like this be done via chilli for expired users?
