[Chilli] CoovaChilli without DHCP and Dnsmasq

Hi All,

I have been trying to setup coova-chilli without DHCP . I am using  
dnsmasq as DHCP server.

  I tried to use following setting

dhcpgateway 127.0.0.1
dhcpgatewayport 6700
dhcprelayagent 10.4.0.1
nodynip

But id doesn't seem to work. Someone tried this before ?
Basically I don't want to use chilli's DHCP server , So that I can use 
either Internal or External DHCP server.
