[Chilli] Intermittent Radius request timed out error in coova chilli

Hi,

I am running coova chilli 1.3 on openwrt deployed in my APs. My hotspot portal, radius and mysql runs on cloud. Sometimes during the day my clients; while attempting to login can not login due to "Radius request timed out" error in coovachilli. I had confirmed that no request for radius-authentication ever arrived on my freeradius server.

Can someone please help me understand how do i fix this error?
