[Chilli] Access to the resource based on user.

Hi David,

        Thanks for the solution. This is my understanding on your
response. Please can you confirm if it is right?

       This will work like dynamic wall garden. When I need to give
the access of a IP address or port of the IP address to the user, I
can run the chilli_query which will dynamically add the IP address to
the wall garden.

chilli_query addgarden ip 10.0.0.1 data 192.168.100.10
