[Chilli] Chilli Multiple processes on OpenWRT

Hi guys,

Question 1)
Is this a normal behavior of chilli? Seeing multiple Processes?
Some of the have the same PID.
There are times when I'm seeing 8-10 process.

CoovaChilli 1.2.9 on OpenWRT BB.

Question 2)

Sometimes I get redirect loops on the external captive portal.
Going into the issue, it looks like sometimes the Walled Gardens are not 
resolved.
Is this something that you have seen as well?
