jRadius out-of-sockets message

Hello all,

As we've been deploying our new jRadius installation, we've noticed the 
following error message show up frequently in our logs:

Info: rlm_jradius: There are no sockets to use! skipped 0, tried to connect 0

Even when this message comes through, the server seems to handle 
incoming requests fine.  We have two jRadius handlers: one for 
accounting, one for authorization.  I have jRadius set to start 16 
processor threads, and rlm_jradius set to create 8 connections to the 
jRadius server.

Is it something to be concerned about?  What can we do to eliminate or 
reduce the message?
