Perhaps when using some RADIUS servers, but not with JRadius. It's
easy. :)

Indeed, perhaps the feature is a better feature for your RADIUS server
(to have the ability to optionally load a hex string into a binary
RADIUS attribute string). I'm sure it would be useful in lots of places.
