coova feature question

Hi, 

I want to create hotspot system. Does coova support these feature : 

*	Multi captive portal (I mean different SSID have different captive
portal). So If I'm on Starbucks (connected Starbucks SSID)I get starbucks
page, and if I'm on dunkin donuts I get dunkin donuts page.
*	Also I want to give free hotspot (using guest user), but guest user
get slower access than registered user.
*	integrate with phpmyprepaid?
