coova feature question

Coova doesn't need special support for this. You simply have several 
instances of coova chilli running, each with its own configuration file 
based on different uamserver's, different dhcp-if's (ultimately 
representing different SSID's) etc. If you're doing this on a singe WRT 
you'll run into problems though with client's recognition of different 
SSID's but that's got nothing to do with coova...

You'd have to implement this yourself using the up and down scripts in 
combination with a qos/iptables setup, shouldn't be too difficult but I 
haven't done this myself yet (it's on that long todo list...)

I'm not sure about that but afaik the original chillispot was used often 
in conjuntion with phpmyprepaid so I don't see why not.
