Original user website request

Hi,

	How/where in the code does the information on the
original website the user requested to visit get passed 
along? I see alot of places where it looks like its carrying
it, but I can't see where it really does. If I don't set
WISPr-Redirection-URL in radgroupreply it seems not to
ever redirect anywhere.
