Coova is Ipsec capable?

Hi,

I have several cisco wireless routers that automaticaly assign ips to the 
wireless network. When a user tries to access the internet, all traffic is 
routed using an ipsec vpn to the datacenter vpn concentrator (linux box).

I would like to know if i can install coovachilli in the vpn concentrator so 
that it acts like a central access controler?
