Hi Liran,

Sorry for the delay... is your question really: are all attributes  
only expected once in the packet?

The answer depends on the attribute... For most, yes, they are only  
expected once. Others, like the ChilliSpot-Config attribute in an  
Authoritative-User login is expected multiple times. CoovaChilli also  
allows for "attribute fragmentation" in some circumstances -- where  
you might, for example, have to split up a really long URL into  
multiple attributes.
