iptables state file naming

Currently the up.sh and down.sh scripts always store the netfilter
state in /var/run/chilli.iptables . This is not very practical if you 
need to run multiple chilli instances on the same machine. I was 
wondering if it makes sense to change use the DHCPIF name in the 
filename as well, to prevent any conflicts?
