Catching logout pages

If I point a browser on a client to http://1.1.1.1 the machine is 
correctly logout. That request is also used as a normal original request 
and triggers a redirect to the UAM with res=notyet. This makes it 
impossible to serve a special logout-page from the UAM site, since you 
can not distinguish an initial request from a logout request.

Is there another way to do that? Or is this a bug, and should that 
redirect using a different res= parameter?
