It's _absolute legal_ (to get some high available) to have more than one
DHCP server on the same network segment.
Poor man's scenario:
DHCP servers with non overlaping pools (any DHCP server(s)) and
identical static assignments.
Rich man's scenario:
DHCP server cluster with some replication mechanism (like ISC DHCPD
version >= 3) and possible overlaping pools and identical static
assignments.
Getting a HA chilli is another topic I ponder about from time to time ;).
