help in developing coova !!!!

I fund a hint that can make my work much more easier..
uamnatanyip parameter.
The problem is it allows only from dynamic pool addresses.
It can be so so great if there were a paremeter called uamstatanyip to
make static ip assigments available only for staticip pool.
Or an overwrite of framed-ip-pool parameter if the ip is within the range of
dynamic or static pool.
Or if whoever developing that part of the system, can give me a hand to
figure out the parameters,so i can take part in writing that patch for
chilli also.
