ChilliSpot-Bandwidth-Max-Up  and WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Up

I am using wispr upload and download limits on coova but.. even i got iptables 
drop rules for pysical interfaces, (and using 1.2.2 versin of coova) i am not 
still able to limit users uplaod traffic.

Does it works different if i use chillispot-bandwidth-max-up???
