We are dealing with the same problem.
chilli segfault with --enable-large-limits and layer-3 mode. We're
using working in layer-2 mode with an external dhcp-server. Chilli acts
as dhcp-relay.
After some days of works, bump.segfault.
Just two examples:

[1804235.931695] chilli[10258]: segfault at c ip 4fb19eca sp 59641c30
error 4 in libchilli.so.0.0.0[4faee000+49000]
[1804235.931781] grsec: Segmentation fault occurred at 0000000c in
/usr/sbin/chilli[chilli:10258] uid/euid:0/0 gid/egid:0/0, parent
/bin/busybox[init:1] uid/euid:0/0 gid/egid:0/0

[1884674.687244] chilli[26937]: segfault at c ip 4cd26eca sp 5d35f2c0
error 4 in libchilli.so.0.0.0[4ccfb000+49000]
[1884674.687305] grsec: Segmentation fault occurred at 0000000c in
/usr/sbin/chilli[chilli:26937] uid/euid:0/0 gid/egid:0/0, parent
/bin/busybox[init:1] uid/euid:0/0 gid/egid:0/0

I can use a stripped chilli package and provide the core dump.
I'm using svn version release 452.
Thanks.
