[Chilli] [PATCH] Add an LSB header to the debian init script

Hi,

since Squeeze, Debian GNU/Linux uses the LSB headers (see
http://refspecs.freestandards.org/LSB_4.1.0/LSB-Core-generic/LSB-Core-generic/initscrcomconv.html)
for the dependency based boot system. The attached patch adds an LSB
header that works fine on my test systems.

Please consider the patch for inclusion.
