[Chilli] Logoff previous session from the same user

I know there is a Simultaneous Use thingie for radius server but limiting it to '1' can sometimes be problematic because users turn off their devices without properly log off. 

So I am trying to see if there is a way for me to set Simultaneous-Use to 2, but log off the previous session from the same user - to be implemented in the 'conup' script. 

However the 'conup' script does not get notified of an identity ( a session-id ? ) which can be used to logoff a previous session. Also 'Acct-Session-Id' is not available in 'conup'. 

Any recommendation ?
