Are you talking about two login at the same location (I.e. Same chilli) ? If yes, then if the user session is still alive, they are already logged in (unless using a new device). If no, then there is no easy way to logout a user from a different chilli conup script... Lowering the idle timeout might also help stop sessions where the user has 'left' the hotspot...
