[Chilli] coova chilli and dnsmasq on same box

Hi all,

Is it possible to run dnsmasq and coova chilli (with dhcp-relaying) on the
same physical box?  I'm seeing that messages from dnsmasq (on 127.0.0.1)
don't seem to be getting back to coova chilli - I don't see this issue
when dnsmasq is running on a physically different computer so I wonder is
it something to do with local routing and multicast UDP packets?
