[Chilli] coova chilli and dnsmasq on same box

Hi Ming-Ching,

Are you using the dhcprelay features of Coova Chilli at all?  It sounds
like you are using dnsmasq in parallel to Coova Chilli in the way you are
having dnsmasq listening on tun0.  You you use the dhcpgateway,
dhcpgatewayport and dhcprelayagent directives in chilli.conf ?

Good to talk with someone doing this though!
