[Chilli] DHCP Pool Range With CoovaChilli 1.3.0

Dear Sirs Greetings,

i have got hard time to configure dhcp pool range with CoovaChilli 1.3.0
after full one day of research also. Our servers are static IPs therefore i
want to exclude some IPs from giving out by DHCP. i want to issues dhcp
address from 192.168.3.10 - 192.168.3.100. i tried the following in
"locla.conf" & "config" restarted box but made no difference at all.

dhcpstart=10
dhcpend=100


Someone please help, how do we do that?
