[Chilli] chilli_query .. connect through TCP, not only socket?

Hello!

Is it possible that chilli_query listens on certain TCP port for 
commands, not only socket?

BTW, where can I get all parameters of /etc/chilli/defaults that maps to 
chilli.conf commands ?
